Francisco Arévalo Requena

I am an architect, graduated from the School of Architecture of Seville in 1986, and since then, I have dedicated my career to designing functional, sustainable spaces tailored to each individual. Over more than three decades, I have worked on a wide variety of projects ranging from single-family homes to sports complexes and commercial buildings.

Trayectoria Profesional

After completing my university studies, I began my career by collaborating with the studio of Rafael Martín Delgado and Isabel Cámara. During this period, I participated in housing projects and emblematic projects such as the Carranque Sports City, where I contributed to the design of the indoor pool, the central athletics track, and the Unisport office building.

Between 1990 and 1992, I was hired as an architect by the Local Autonomous Organization for Promotion and Development of Antequera. During that time, I was responsible for initiatives such as the rehabilitation of the San Zoilo Monastery, which now houses the Supramunicipal Library of Antequera. At the same time, I had the opportunity to collaborate with the Regional Government of Andalusia on various residential and urban rehabilitation projects.

In 1992, I decided to take the leap and open my own studio, Ajimez Architecture and Design, where I have had the opportunity to develop projects throughout the Antequera region, such as the Escua Rural Hotel in Archidona and the La Viñuela Hotel Restaurant in Villanueva de Algaidas.

• Design and construction of homes: Single-family homes, townhouse developments, and multi-family projects.

• Tourism and commercial projects: Design of rural hotels and commercial buildings.

• Expert reports and appraisals: Legal expert reports, industrial and commercial appraisals.

• Technical studies: Environmental impact reports, energy certifications, structural calculations, urban planning, and sanitation studies.

• Regulatory advice: I have extensive experience in legislation and regulations, having collaborated with the Andalusian and National Tax Agencies, as well as with the High Court of Andalusia.
